Just OKAY. The entrance of Bambu is large and well-lit, with a reception desk and a few chairs to wait in the "lobby." I use the term lobby because that's exactly what it is, there is nothing welcoming or relaxing about it. You are asked to wait and fill out your paper work. Our couple's massage room was extremely tiny and very warm. There was barely enough room for our therapist to move around the tables. We were less than arms length apart.
The massage was standard, nothing fancy. Bambu does not add any service to "go the extra mile." No stones, hot towels, or warmness from the therapist.
