  • I don't understand how this location has bad reviews. Every time I come here, it's always so easy. There are never any lines, and unlike at other t-mobile locations I've been to, the employees know their products. I've been helped changing plans before, but earlier today, all I needed was a new SIM card, and I was helped by the staff and they were just pleasant to me in every way. I'm not sure who helped me, but if any management reads this, the three workers on 2/20/14 afternoon were a delight.
