  • I called to schedule a massage and expressed my desire to find a new massage therapist, not just a massage. I explained to the lady who answered the phone that I had had an extremely bad experience at another massage location and she took the time to make sure that my experience at Elements was going to be customized to my preferences. She asked me about pressure preference, personality, etc so that she could match me with a therapist. I am very excited about my upcoming massage - this group really seems to have "it" going on!
