  • I came here to have my fake nails removed and just put on shellac. I told them I wanted to keep the length of my real nail but they proceeded to take my nails off in ways that did just the opposite. Instead of using acetone to weaken the glue, they just pried my fake from my real and some nails really hurt during this process. Even though I told them again I'm trying to grow my nails, the tech proceeded to use the machine to completely shave my nails down making them EXTREMELEY thin to the point where I was strugging to open a can of pop without chipping my nail. The shellac they put on started chipping within a week which has never happened to me before. My nails started breaking within a week due to them shaving off so many layers. Overall, they do not listen to the customer, they just do what is most convenient and takes the least amount of time. I do not recommend this place.
