I have been going to this Jamba juice for quite some time on my lunch breaks and have noticed a trend I would say in the last 5 times I have visited this location. I walked in and there was a customer already in line ordering with her two kids. When they were done ordering and stepped over to the pick up area, the two cashiers just looked at me and never once said they could help me. When I finally decided to step up to the counter neither one of them said hello or asked me to take my order. It was very awkward. I then put my order in and once they got my name and said I was done, I had to ask them for a receipt. They made it seem like an inconvenience that they had to reprint it . When my order was ready, The lady had informed me that the Make it light with energy was poured into a large cup. ( as if they were giving me more than I ordered) (and the cup wasn't full in the large) I mentioned to her that I ordered a large and paid for a large and the girl just looked at me. I even checked my receipt to make sure I paid for and ordered the large and I did. I walked away very frustrated
with this store and the staff. I usually am a pretty positive person and try and steer away from negative reviews and maybe chalk it up to someone having a bad day but this has been a common trend. I believe when you work in customer service you should have just that. No greetings, no asking me to take my order, and not giving me my full order that I paid for. I will not be visiting this store anymore.
