Let me start by saying that apparently it is our privilege to give our company's hard earned money to HealthWorks. I never made it past the receptionist. She didn't seem to grasp the concept that she works in a for-profit environment. And that the way they make money is by billing our insurance for the office visit and treatment rendered. It is kind of hard to bill for that visit if I never make it to the exam room. I have an old sock at home that has more compassion and customer service skills then this lady. I could go on and on but that's not my style I will simply say I gathered up my paperwork and refused to let my company's money be spent here. I immediately called our division that handles where are industrial claims go and it will soon not be here. I am only posting this on Yelp so others may realize that you still have a choice and you are not a hostage forced to use a service that doesn't care about you.
