I just got back from the Walmart on w thunderbird, and frankly I hope it is one of the ones they decide to close. The employee in electronics couldn't even bother to look up from his cell phone to mutter under his breathe that he didn't know. If this was the only such experience I had there, then I certainly wouldn't complain, but it wasn't. Two weeks ago I asked an employee if they carried a movie, and got the same response (although she wasn't on a cell phone) and said I would just have to look. Both times I left and went to the Walmart off of Grand, and received much better service. When I inquired about the movie at the Grand store, they didn't know either, but looked it up for me (which only took them a few seconds). I realize you get what you pay for and Walmart pays them next to nothing, but get off your phone when someone is talking to you, that's just rude.
