  • I've had a faulty garage door since I bought my house that I procrastinated to fix. The previous owner had basically torn the belt and messed with the wiring so I'd been manually opening it every day to park in my garage. One Saturday night I filled out a request form on United Garage Door's website and within less than an hour I had received a response asking if I'd be available the next day. I was given a 2 hour window for Sunday and Eli arrived within the beginning of the window. He was able to quickly assess what the problem was and within an hour he had installed a brand new motor and belt and I had a working garage door. He was very thorough and was able to point out the issues to me instead of just telling me. He also didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. As other reviewers have mentioned there is a 3% fee for paying with a credit card but Eli was up front about that and I think a credit card fee is par for the course with any repair company so I didn't think that was a big deal. I would definitely recommend United Garage Door for garage repairs and would use them again in the future if necessary.
