  • I am new to the area and needed a new stylist so I tried this Salon out. What was supposed to be just a simple color and haircut led to an Absolute Nightmare Experience!!! Firstly I was told to show up for my appointment at 6:30 pm. wasn't seen until 7:30 and that was my first mistake I knew I should of left, but I still gave her a chance. The Haircut alone took her 2 hours and it was the most painful haircut of my life, for a simple and I mean simple haircut. That puts us at 9:30 pm. and she was just starting the color treatment, I thought about leaving a second time but I was naïve and let her color my hair since I already paid for the color and blow out treatment. Around 10:30 pm. I had had enough and let the stylist know I needed to leave, so with a bag over my head I left the salon. Washed my hair out at home as instructed from the stylist and it has been 3 days since and my scalp is still burning not to mention the non stop peeling. I decided to not get the blow out treatment I paid for because I needed to get home to my newborn which the stylist was aware of the entire time.
