I'm very upset with my experience here. We ordered a coffee table from this store. When they delivered it, it was damaged. They said they would need pictures and then send another one to replace. After waiting around for the replacement table to be delivered, they bring in another that is damaged as well. For such an expensive coffee table, they should have inspected to make sure there were no nicks in the paint or concrete. The worst part about it, is that I had to call customer service numerous times to get a refund. They refunded my delivery charge to the credit card but I have yet to see my refund of the actual table. When I called this morning, the customer service representative said a check was cut two weeks ago but was never mailed. What??? This was after he asked me if I had called the store to see if my check was sent there. I was NEVER even informed that it would be refunded by check. So now, a month later, no table, no refund and I still get emails from them asking to review my table. I hope they make this right!
The only plus to this store, is free child care while shopping. Otherwise, I would give them zero stars!
