After posting my review, Lori @Hometeam reached out to offer her assistance with resolving my ongoing concerns. I have kept my 1-star rating because of the issues I have experienced for over a year; however, I would offer 5 stars to Lori and the General Manager (John) who worked quickly to understand the issues at hand and confirm back with me within 1 business day that all had been resolved. I am extremely appreciative of their efforts and will update my review/rating again in 6 months or so, provided no other issues reoccur. Thank you both for your outstanding customer serivce!
