  • Great products. The worst customer "service" I have ever experienced (and yes I have shopped at Best Buy). Their funneling of customers takes any 5 minute problem and makes it anywhere from a 2 hour problem to a next day problem. Great store design. Just pray to St. Jobs that your gear doesn't have issues.
