  • I went to Autozone to buy a new battery based on the recommendation of friends I ran into at Costco while shopping for a battery. They suggested I go to Autozone because they will install the battery for you. Costco will not. Even though it was a crowded Saturday I was helped quickly and it was an easy purchase. For this reason I give them two stars not one. The rep switched out the battery, but could not get it properly strapped down to the car. Then he had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't necessary. I drove home and my partner and I were able to install it correctly. If I'd known I was going to have to install it myself I would pocketed the extra $40 and bought the battery at Costco. Very disappointed.
