  • Would you believe this was the best steak I had in vegas even though I sent it back twice? I always order my steak blue rare, unless I'm at a steak house and then I order it rare because they don't mess it up as often as non steak houses. I should have ordered blue rare here too because my steak came medium the first time and medium well the next. I shamelessly sent it back because I can't fathom paying $60 for a steak I wouldn't enjoy. The third time it was perfect.
