  • You get the nice, high quality of Westin. I was lucky to get a room with great view to the lake. All the staff members are professional and polite. Front desk is understaffed though. The down side of the building is the entrance. Rocky, uneven, slippery stairs. Yikes! I didn't see any elevator nor ramp (might be hidden somewhere) and it might be a huge concerned for people with reduced mobility. And even if you don't need assistance it's kind of annoying.
