Caesar's description of this "marketplace" in their check-in booklet is highly suspect - "an assortment of culinary delights, ethnic cuisines and made-to-order salads." Rather, this is more like a bare minimum mall food court.
Looking for a quick bite to eat before dinner, I finally opted for a cup of clam chowder at the Lobster Chowder company, after wandering around in a circle at least 3 times because nothing looked appealing. The only decent place in this area is the coffee shop. You can get through the espresso line pretty quickly and there's also an express line for yogurt, fruit and drip coffee.
