  • Came through the drive through Sunday 11/27 around 9am. Pulled up to speaker and sat for about 5 mins. Started to get nervous - is there an emergency going on in there? Should I leave? But I was really wanting a peppermint mocha so I decided to chance it. Cars lined up behind me. I finally pulled up to the window to place my order. Your girl was sitting there playing on her cell phone. If I were busted like that I woulda have been REAL friendly to the customer. Not what happened. Instead she mumbled "what size" and then gave me some serious side eye when I asked her to repeat herself.
