  • If sleepless nights, continuously nightmares and skin hives are what you need in life. Then American West would be your perfect builder. Their agent David Meeks made mistakes on our upgrades. We have insisted on bathtub in our master bedroom and we confirmed many times with him... But somehow we only got the shower. Not only American West won't respond to us, or talk to us, or respond. They now BLAME us for leaving honest reviews and took our deposits and UPGRADE deposits... There are a lot of more issues and ....But I am too emotionally disturbed and angry to leave a full review There are just too many sick events and treatments with American West. Do feel free to message me if you want more details. We also have a American West monthly meet up events with other home buyers. We welcome anyone to join our meetings and learn all the FACTS from other American West home owners.
