I was hit from behind by a driver that left 12' skid marks and pushed my car forward by 8 feet upon impact. I took my car on advice from my insurance and they even gave my an appt of 0800 am. I got a call from Service King changing my appt to 0830 hrs. I showed up at 0830 and still had to wait 30 more mintues. While waiting, I could hear another customer complaining about poor workmanship. Finally the claim adjuster came out, he took 3 photos and went back inside. I asked him to check the underside of the bumper and he refused saying it'sonly paint damage. He did not even open my truck to see if there were structure damage.
Obviously I took it to another shop, that repaired it. The under side of the bumper had structure damage, the impact bar among other things were damaged and had to be replaced. I will nevet take my car there ever again for an estimate. Lazy claims adjuster, poor communication skills, I can't imagine the workmanship.
