  • I would put 0 stars if I could. My experience at this place was in the service center. The advisor who was supposed to help me was named TORREY HAMBRICK. I brought my vehicle in for a recall notice I received in the mail. Got there 5 minutes before my appt. I was helped right away by a young girl she took my info and pointed out Torrey who was with a customer in front of me she informed me she would be right with me. At this time a car had pulled behind me to the left and a truck had also pulled up right behind me. I waited a good 10 minutes I was busy talking with my 2 children who were in the car with me. I look back and a service tech. Is driving the lady to the right of me car away another tech then comes out and hops in the truck behind me reverses and drives that vehicle away. At this time I was concerned as to why I hadn't been met by anyone. I get out of my vehicle and walk inside up to the girl who took my info when I got there. I asked what's going on, why aren't I being helped?? That's when the 2 girls standing there look back at Torrey who was now walking towards me. I explain my concern and she says, "well it wasn't me" she showed no concern or even an explanation as to why other customers were put before me. I could tell she was bothered so I gave her my keys she informed me it would be about 2 and a half hours. My appt was at 10am but it was already 10:30. So I figured about 1pm my truck would be done. My children and I walked to a nearby restaurant and returned at about 12:30. I went to Torrey to ask the status of my vehicle, I figured by this time it should have been close to being done. When I asked her she had no answers for me but to say he's working on it, I then said you said it would be about 2and a half hours it's been 2, so is it close to being done. She called me a liar said she told me 3 and a half hours and continued to argue with me for about 10 minutes over the time. I finally had to explain to her I was not going back and forth on the issue, I know what I heard, hence the customer is always right. She then explained to me that I need to be helped by someone else. All because I wanted to know how much longer it would be before my vehicle is done. She basically refused to help me, so I asked for a manager. She left and never came back. 15 minutes later I was greeted by a manager, didn't get his name, but explained the situation. He was apologetic, very professional and answered my simple question. He basically did the job she was supposed to do. He went back, asked the tech how much longer and came back and told me. Don't really think that is too much to ask. TORREY HAMBRICK is the most unprofessional customer service person I have ever come in contact with. She acted inappropriate and very uneducated when it comes to customer service. Anyone coming here to get your car serviced stay away from her. She's representing Tempe Chrysler and doing a horrible job at it. I will never ever recommend any friends and family here as long as she is an advisor!!! Everyone else there was very nice especially the manager who ended up having to help me, I wish I would have gotten him to begin with, I know my experience would have been a whole lot better.
