  • I have been searching for a new mattress for over a year. My wife and I have different work schedules so it's hard for both of us to go shopping fir big ticket items. However, 2 weeks ago, we both were off on the same day. We were in the area and decided to stop in to this store because I had previously tested out the iComfort bed at a different store. Labis greeted us when we walked in. I explained that I was just looking around and liked the IComfort mattress. Labis said that he will work some numbers and get me a price. Labis ultimately came up with a price that we couldn't turn down and ordered the mattress. I asked for a late delivery and he said they will accommodate. He told me that he will call me the next day to confirm delivery because they were out of stock. The next morning as promised. Labis called me back to confirm the delivery date. Several days later, my wife was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and needed emergency surgery. Knowing this was going to cost me a pretty penny, I went back into the store a few days later and asked if the price can be discounted even further. Labis promised me a call back the next morning. Sure enough, he called me back and reduced the mattress price by almost $300. The next day. I was anxious to get my delivery. However, the delivery person called me in the morning and told me that he will be arriving in the afternoon. I asked what happened to the late appointment and he said that he didn't know anything about that. We had to reschedule the appointment for the weekend. Two days, later, due to a complication from my wife's surgery, she was taken back to the ER. At this point, getting a new mattress was put way down on my list. I called Labis and explained the situation. He said that he will process a full refund to my credit card with no penalty. I didn't even have to come into the store and sign anything. I really appreciate everything that this store had done for me. When the time is right, I won't hesitate a second to go back to this store. Thank you.
