| - I added an account back in March, with the promise that my bill with taxes would only be 137.00 each month for two lines. I am currently paying almost 200 dollars a month and do not get absolutely any service where I am. I cannot use the internet at all. Phone calls rarely come in and they never go out. I have consistently been coming to this store to ask for help, how you are called a "repair" store, I HONESTLY HAVE NO IDEA. I have came out of the store each and every time with the SAME issue no IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. I finally had an incident where I broke my phone and I had such a hard time at this store. I wanted to know the smartest way to go upon things, to cancel services, get a replacement for 200 or see what my other options were. The person who helped me seemed like she had no idea what she was talking about and 30 minutes into her telling me to call customer service myself, she finally offered to call customer service for me, AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE I don't know why she was so hesitant to help out. I needed to file an insurance claim and in no way shape or form did she offer to help on it, but instead I was literally going in circles with her. Whenever I asked her advice to go upon things in my situation the most affordable and convenient way possible she just kept going in circles telling me i can do whatever I want, of course I know I can do whatever I want but as I do not work at Sprint, how am I suppose to know the best way upon things. Well finally after 60 minutes of wasteful time I went to Sprint on 7th st, I was in and out in 10 minutes, they helped, suggested and were even quite disturbed on the quality of customer service at this location. Maybe a little more training could be of help....
