  • I was so very disappointed in this kanda location. a few girlfriends and I decided to stop in for a quick dinner and even though the restaurant was almost empty they took forever to come bring us water and take our order and then again to bring us our food. I understand we went on a week night and not during peak hours but Once we got the sushi we barely ate any of it because the rice was stale and tasted like it was old and some of the fish had dry edges to it. I don't understand why it felt like we got old sushi that had been sitting around and why the service wasn't great when the restaurant was less than half full and they had a full lineup of sushi chefs working. Even the water had a strange taste to it. The only thing that was ok was the tempura. Another positive is that it's bring your own wine and that it's not very expensive but that's not enough to redeem this. I'm confused because I saw good reviews for this location and I hope I went on an off night but I can safely say that I won't be going back to find out.
