  • Tower City definitely isn't the crowning jewel of downtown that it was when it opened back in the 90's. Or was it the 80's? But it is still a useful connection to a lot of downtown destinations. My big complaint is how confusing it is to navigate. Which floor do I need to be on to get where I want to go? How do I get from this floor to that floor??? They really need more helpful maps throughout the center!!
