On Tuesday evening 24 May 2016, I started my vacation for the week. As I started at Aliante Casino (WHICH IS NOW A BOYD PROPERTY), I went to the ATM to pull out $500 which, was not dispersed. A floor attendant was waived down and she proceeded to tell me it was the third time in the past hour that it had happened. My question was why in the World didn't they place an out of order sign on the machine? Although they provided me that night with proper receipts including a reversal receipt, they were unable to give me my withdrawal. They called the casino manager who was not capable of doing anything more. She was like a robot with a fake smile and a demeanor of a manager who had to be faced with all too many problems unable to be solved to the customer's satisfaction. They called the ATM company who told me it would be 24-48 before I received my reversal. It's now Saturday 28 May (Holiday weekend) and I still have not received MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. Someone from the ATM company called and said the casino was mistaken and it would take 5-7 business days which began on the day after the dispute. Come to find out the ATM company is NRT (a Toronto-based company 1-877-332-1060). If this holds true, I will not even see my $500 until the week of June 6th because of the holiday. I doubt many people who read this even frequents Aliante but I would discourage you from going. Far too many other choices...
SHAME ON ALIANTE (WHICH IS NOW A BOYD PROPERTY) AND YOUR INFERIOR MANAGMENT TEAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT.
Not only am I not recommending Aliante, I would not recommend any Boyd Property because of how they've handled this situation.
