  • I have had several services at this spa and keep giving it second chances but now I am done. I like a medium massage and none of the therapists are particularly good compared to other places I have been. In one case the therapist turned on a bright light the entire time. In another instance the therapist wouldn't stop talking even though it was communicated to her that I wanted to just to zone out beforehand. I never felt relaxed and the therapists seemed to be inexperienced and lacking in basic spa etiquette. I also had a terrible experience when I asked for a sensitive skin facial and was talked out of it only to break out in a rash with severe redness the following week. In addition, I have issues with the way the spa is run. I think they lack professionalism because they really push product sales and subscription services on you. The ladies at the front desk aren't always polite either. It's very hard to cancel a subscription and they do everything in their power to squeeze one more payment out of you. I would definitely pass here. You can find better massage therapists and facial technicians in the valley for the same price with a Groupon and without all the hassle of a subscription.
