  • Our 14 year old cat, Kymba, was worsening from complications of stage 4 kidney disease. I called Lap of Love Las Vegas and talked with a very nice representative, who made an appointment for two days later. I had just used Lap of Love in Tampa, FL six months prior to lay our 18 year old cat, Shiloh, to rest; I knew what a top notch, caring group of people these were, and I wanted to give Kymba the same comfortable experience. Unfortunately, Kymba's health worsened so quickly that I had to take him to another emergency vet that same night to say goodbye. When I called to cancel the appointment with Lap of Love, they were so comforting and caring. They sent a sympathy card, even though they didn't get the opportunity to help him over the Bridge. It is actions like these which make Lap of Love worth every penny, and I very much appreciate their thoughtfulness.
