  • Frequent this metro as it's near work. Service has been really good. I usually just go before work around 8:30. One time I was looking around for sandwiches and didnt see them, so i thought they were put out yet. Anyway, the deli manager (I'm guessing it's her.. tall, black and wears a different clothes than rest of the store) said to me "mam, are you looking for the sandwiches? They're on the other side" - VERY Nice! Second time around, I was looking for orange juice, so I actually asked her and she pointed to the juice aisle. I went, they didn't have any fresh ones so I just grabbed some fresh oranges instead. The same lady came to me and said "did you find it, mam?" I said no I'm ok with the fruits, but that was very nice! Felt like she was very genuine and I'll definitely remember her nice gesture (not once but twice!).
