  • It's a shame I can't give negative stars based on service. I was served horribly cold food! Called an order in at 7:09p and was told my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there and paid at about 7:35, by 7:55 I have been watching the cashier flirt with every girl that comes in for half an hour and my food is still not ready. I watch countless people come and go as I am standing nearly directly in front of him. I see a bag on the shelf with multiple go boxes in it shortly after I had arrived. Finally at 8:02 he hands me that bag and I leave furious. I immediately open the bag to check the temperature, and am not at all surprised at ALL that the food is cold, dry and disgusting!!!! I spent 40:00 dollars here!! I have never been so mad at any restaurant. Absolutely NO excuse for this. I will be sharing this post on ALL of my social media and will be warming everyone I know about how horrible this experience was. On a side note.. I sure the HELL marched right back in and demanded a refund. And the guy with the "Scottish" accent didn't seem to care at all. Shocking . Not!
