  • We finally decided to try Emiliano's yesterday. The restaurant is gorgeous. We were greeted by a less than enthusiastic hostess who took us to our table without a word or a smile. Our waitress was very friendly though and attentive to our needs. I ordered Carne Asada. The waitress asked me what temperature I wanted it and I said medium. When my entree arrived I laughed! I so wish I had taken a picture of the meat!!!!! It was as thin as a pancake and a weird orange color. I would say it was about 1/4 thick. I cut into this orange meat and it was grey inside. Medium?? HA! It was like shoe leather! The rice and beans had the same hue of orange too! I am glad I finally made it to Emiliano's because now I know never to return!
