  • Just put in my 60 day notice to vacate and I couldn't be happier. This place is horrible. 1st red flag - they always have immediate move in and specials. The leasing agent I dealt with Art when moved in said and did anything for me to sign the lease. Renters insurance is needed and part of your contract to maintain it. Let me tell you why... their water heaters EXPLODE! Not only that, I upped my rental insurance that was sold to me by the leasing agent... my home was broken into (common occurrence for this property) however, the leasing agent isn't authorized to sell renters insurance so after I upped and paid extra because I have expensive paintings and nice things in my home - turns out there is limits on the things I was told would be covered. I'm out over 20 grand in paintings, Jewelry and Electronics and was reimbursed just under 6 grand. 5 months later they still have not fixed my door frame or weather stripping properly. The water faucets are backwards cold is hot and hot is cold. All the blinds are installed backwards! Can't even enjoy opening my window in fear that the blinds will break. It's first come / first serve parking for covered spots and the employees decided that they want to park covered which leaves no room for residents. I'm a motor cycle fan - don't mind that people have them but they allow these people to park their motor cycles in covered parking along with their standard vehicles too... meaning when I get home late nights from work I have to park on the opposite side of where my unit is. I've brought this up to management and they don't care. How is that fair that they can have two covered parking ? And I'm allowed one? The neighbors downstairs let their child run up and down my stairs at all hours of the day and night like it's a jungle gym. I have fake grass on my patio outside my door and the child sticks candy on my wall, stairs and "camps" up there which drives my dog crazy. The Gardner's didn't come for months at a time while wild vines and plants grew up my staircase and when they did show up they just cut them and left them ontop Of the green foliage which in return killed the plants. They have a serious bug problem... they offer free bug spray on Wednesday but I hired my own because the one they pay don't do anything. I would seriously think twice, Long and hard before moving into this place. By far the worst living / management experience I've had ever. Head mine and everyone else's warning.... DO NOT SIGN A LEASE OR MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY.
