  • I called JPG to inquire about placing a few outside security cameras at a home I own. I received a call back from Jim, the owner of the company, within minutes. I started to explain what I was looking for and he informed me that he didn't do the type of work I needed but specialized in interior home security systems and monitoring. The reason I am giving him five stars even though he won't be doing the work for me is that he spent a half hour giving me referrals, telling me which websites to check out, the types of equipment I would need etc. Who does that these days when they know they aren't going to get a customer or make any money? Jim does. He also told me he was a former police officer and answered a number of questions I had about burglary patterns etc. that might help me fine tune my current home security setup. I am so impressed with the service and help I got as a non-customer that I will hire JPG to take care of my home as soon as my Cox security contract is up. I've never talked to anyone more knowledgeable in this arena in all my years of home ownership and dealing with Cox, Brinks, ADT etc. Now I know why JPG has the Yelp ratings and following it does....they earned them.
