My wife and I stayed two nights - I wasn't impressed with the overall service... Checking in was a fiasco and wasn't easy. I asked if I could stay an extra night. The front desk guy said no issue at all. I signed a piece of paper. So done deal right? Nope, guy calls me and said sorry - we can't do that. So in the end it's all worked out. We get the room and they said that our pet fee was waived and parking... Upon checkout, I was stupid and paid the bill not looking. I noticed they charged me for the pet and parking. I drove back and they did credit us. No issue, but still - seems so amateur for a 5 star place.....
Look, if your a 5 star hotel I would imagine this kind of thing would be flawless. Guess not...
In September we have a booked visit to the Maui hotel - we are thinking about choosing some other hotel because of our Vegas experience.
Don't get me wrong - the hotel was beautiful!
