  • WORST customer and technical service I have received in MY LIFE. I cannot believe such scams get approval to work. The service couldn't be more terrible. I had a screen to replace, and I had to visit the store 4 TIMES AFTER THE REPAIR. Each time, the screen failed a few hours after repair. Not only the store owner, Rich, didn't fix our phone, he damaged the front camera and volume buttons. Even if he offers to fix my phone, I wouldn't go back because I don't want the rest of the phone damaged! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! The WORST customer AND technical service one can offer. Save yourself a great deal of PAIN and stay away from him! An update: the screen rotation doesn't work a few weeks after that awful repair. Shame! Shame! Shame!
