The food , drinks, and service were great, but I am definitely not impressed by Chris Collins. We were there tonight with a Meetup group. I know they were not expecting the large crowd that came in, but the unprofessionalism that he exhibited was uncalled for. The bar table tops were empty when we arrived and no one mentioned that they were reserved for groups coming in later. Should Chris have handled the situation like a professional restauranteur then people wouldn't have been so angry and pissed to leave without trying to get a table for dinner. Not sure if I will come back. If I do, I want to be sure that Chris isn't around to ruin the moment.
