Day 1:The spring on my garage door broke at 6:33pm. Called Carolina and left a message. Got a call back within about 30 minutes, but the professionalism of the call was lacking. They said they would come tomorrow.
Day 2: 11:06 am and we still had not heard from the company. This should have been my clue. So I called them, and they said they would be there within the hour. Well, telling time isn't one of their strong suits, neither is fixing doors well. They arrived after 2:00pm. They worked on the spring and found we needed a new shaft and pulleys as well as springs. Not their fault. So they said they would be back between 5p and 7pm with the parts. At 6:40pm they called and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They arrived at 8:26pm. Late again. Then at midnight they were still working and couldn't fix the door so they left. I got 4 hours sleep that night.
Day 3: They didn't rush right over to fix our door. They arrived at 1:50 pm. What kind of customer service is that? They came to the conclusion that they put the wrong springs in.
To this day the door is more noisy than ever.
