  • It will take 2 hours if you want an oil change even with an appointment. I had an appointment for an oil change. Decided to go into the mall. After 2 hours I called them and they said the mechanic had some recommendations...new battery, air filter, etc. so it took them 2 hours to do an oil change then they wanted me to wait longer for more services. You are better off paying a little more and going to valvoline...you will be in and out in under 15-20! The couple of guys I talked to were friendly and nice however the service is very SLOW!
