As a current Cox internet customer it pains me to write this review but 1 star or less service is what you get. I wanted to upgrade to what they call "economy cable TV" with 155 channels and they schedule installation with tech to arrive between 3-5 pm Saturday Sept 12th. No one show and no courtesy call so called customer "support" and was told they can reschedule for today (Tuesday). However it was actually rescheduled for Thursday. Complain by email and in direct chat with person. Promised response in 24 hours but no response. Before you spend your money with Cox realize their goal is not spending to serve customers but spending customer money on TV ads claiming they better than Century Link. IF they install Thursday will likely cancel them soon for both wifi & TV. Just not worth the money or hassle and disrespect for their customers.
