| - Let me start by saying that the awful service we received from Bel Trans during our recent trip to Vegas prompted me to sign up for a login on Yelp in order to post this review. To be brief, a fellow passenger on the shuttle took our case and left her own, so simple mistake in the first place one hopes but she clearly decided that she got the better half of the deal since she never contacted Bel Trans in order to try to retrieve the correct case! So our 3 days in Vegas consisted of making phone calls to Bel Trans in order to try to get our case back, spending what seemed like hours on hold and having to re-explain the situation with each person we spoke to. Finally, on our third and final day we had the honor (cough, cough) of speaking to a lady (I won't say her name out of professional courtesy but let's just say that her last name is the same as a famous English chef who was once a football (soccer to you American's) player and now has various tv shows where he rips apart restaurants and hotels) who told us that Bel Trans accepted no fault for our loss, she didn't even offer an apology! They have no system of identifying luggage so if a passenger wants to take your case well guess what, they can, so be warned. You save a few bucks by using this shuttle service compared with other means of transportation to your hotel but in hindsight I would have rather hired a bunch of Sherpa's to carry our cases. The driver was very nice, completely clueless but at least he had good taste in music. Well that's it, my first review. I'm going to write a positive one now in order to keep the balance, really wouldn't want to stay on the dark side. Thanks for reading.
