After buying a new 4K television at Best Buy we were talked into switching from DirecTV to Cox. We suffered for 6 months with multiple visits monthly from Cox people to fix numerous issues with the service whether it was the TV internet or the phone.
Do not fall for the sales pitches at retail stores. These are young kids that are told what to say and it completely misrepresents the services.
We have since switch back to DirecTV since they had a win back offer and now have no internet and no phone but great great television service on our 4K television.
Apparently Cox has the best internet service so we may at some point get that but have to recoup our expenses from cancellation fees.
I wish Las Vegas would get it together and offer consumers decent internet television and phone service to its customers it's one thing really sorely lacking here in such a large city.
