  • Lola, who can say something bad about it? But I won't give them five based on a detail: A female casher this morning. I'm a morning person, and I started the small talk, she seemed bothered by my comments, it was almost like she was being forced into politeness (if you're gonna fake it make sure it's credible). At the end I even complimented the barista's art work, but she (the same cashier) responded with a rather cold "have nice day" answer. I try not to take things personal, but improvement in that area is always a good thing. Having said that, I've always been treated very well by other baristas, and their coffee and pastries are very good...and that is why I can't give them less stars.
