My first time here I showed up exactly at 5:30 PM. I was greeted with a huge smile and I felt so welcomed. The front desk person was more concerned about me getting a workout in then getting all my information, which I loved. I was given a free week pass.
I'll purchase the 10 classes for $75 when I'm back for work. Monday's are upper body, Tuesday are lower body, Wednesday's are full body workouts. I had to take rest days after that. I was so sore!
The staff where all so nice and made it a point to learn my name. I'll definitely go back once I'm in town again. I recommend you try it.
The classes start promptly at 5:30 and 6:30. Classes are done within an hour. Workouts focused on TRX bands, kettlebells, jump roping, rowing, and body weight movements.
