The worst customer service EVER!!! They don't have a direct customer service number you can use. It's all done via email and their response time is awful!! I have to email them three times before I get any sort of response. I ordered my shirts back in the beginning of December for my moms birthday on the 20th of January. Plenty of time for them to arrive, right? WRONG!! I emailed them several times for an update on my orders and I never received any response. So I ordered my shirts from a different company and received them 3 days later. My moms bday came and went and still not a word from Wordans. I finally get an email from them at the beginning of February telling some bogus story about their warehouse. I replied telling them I wanted to cancel my order and I needed my $60 back ASAP. I received confirmation from then saying I'll get a refund and they would cancel the orders. As luck would have it, they shipped out the shirts anyway. So now I'm trying to get a shipping label annnnd my money back. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. How you remain in business is beyond me. Next stop is a chargeback and a letter to the BBB. Wonder what your mission statement looks like.
