  • Worst customer service EVER!! I've been coming to this location for awhile and I see a new employee. He didn't greet us and he was so rude! I entered my rewards number and had $3 off coupon and I tap to print it out to be used for the transaction and he ignored it and just ran my card. Afterwards he said "oh well I already ran the card so you can't use it" .. then he asked if I wanted to use it and of course I did. If I didn't why would I print it out!?!? Best part is after that he asked his coworker but instead of being professional he said "eh yo!" ... who talks like that at work!?!? This guy needs to be fired!! Then after I was done I notice another couple coming in and NOT greeted again and instead he's on his phone!! Where's the MANAGEMENT!!!!
