As @phoenixzoo members my family and I had the worst experience in the last 18 years I've been going to Zoo Lights last week. We love the zoo and became members this year because it's the best zoo and kiddos love it we make the drive from Surprise!
After 50 minutes of attempting to get a ADA parking spot and then being harassed that no one in my handicap and did deserve a spot 30 spaces away from booth. Should have left!
It was so horribly crowded that you could not move or turn around without getting hit or run over by Kid's with no parents or adult with no manners, I was embarrassed that at the few Lego pieces that adults as well as children were walking around, off the trail to get their personal picture! There needed to be a staff member at each location that was on display.
The various pieces of Legos displays
was a bonus for us, because we so wanted to go see it but as a law enforcement family, it didn't happen sadly.
To get hit so many times not even that halfway through your kid says this stinks there are too many people and I have bloody heals from being hit and by the time we got to the alligator lights we said we were done and left. As someone with a child in a stroller, I am aware of where it is all times and make certain I don't hit someone, it's better than a kid leash!
