  • The employees working here are unprofessional and absolutely rude! My husband went into this location after work with the intention of buying the X5. We currently own a Mercedes ML 350 and he was in there with the intention of adding to our little family He was in his work clothes as he did just come from the job site. I can only assume this is the reason why he was treated the way he was. Not only did they completely ignore him, but when he finally managed to chase one of them down, he was spoken to in a condescending manner and then left waiting for over half an hour! The employees were standing around talking and laughing amongst themselves so I don't believe they were swamped with customers. When he asked if someone was coming to help him, he was blown off AGAIN and he finally left.
