  • I just returned from the Henderson location, where I received very poor customer service from Derek. The repair was sloppy, with a sealant dripped on the glass and dirty hand print on the exterior of my car. He was more concerned with selling me a new windshield than repairing tiny chips...He claimed to clean the glass, and vacuum- both services were not completed. When I showed him the issue, Derek acted like a petulant child. I have children of my own. No need to supervise any more, or allow a child to service my car!
