  • STOP!!! If you are thinking about shopping here, please reconsider. I was very pleased when I went to the Lina's location on Bell Road to look for two matching rocker recliners. They have a nice selection and some different looking items from all the rest of the stores in the valley. We chose 2 matching recliners to be custom made with a 6 to 8 week delivery time. Perfect...except that 6 to 8 weeks took 9 weeks and then we had to be the ones to contact them to pick up the chairs. They were sent to the Avondale store. We looked them over and found they had one chair ordered incorrectly. It was supposed to be an electric version of the rocker/recliner. They apologized and said they will rush order the correct chair - should only take 4 weeks. The owner, Irene, said they could give us the other chair as a loner but if it has a scratch or anything on the leather, we would have to keep it. No thanks-that's a $500 chair! Oh, they refused to offer us any kind of discount for our inconvenience. Well, we are now at 8 weeks. (17 weeks from when we originally ordered the chair). Two weeks ago we called to check on the status and Atticus said it was finished and should be here in a week. Last week, we called again to check on the status and the owner, Kent (Irene's husband), assured me it is done and will be shipped out on Monday and should be here by the end of the week. It's the end of the week...and guess what? It's not here. Oh, but it should be here Tuesday- just in time for Thanksgiving! I'm not holding my breath. I can't even reach them by phone anymore. It always rings busy or goes to voice mail which says it hasn't been set up yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Just hung up the phone from the owner. He said if my chair is not here by Tuesday (18 weeks) he will refund the cost of the chair less restocking fee of 15%. Ridiculous!! It isn't my fault they made the wrong chair and it isn't here. Then he refused to talk further and hung up.
