| - This was once a good service department for me never had any issues. That changed on 10/12/2017 took my Chevy Cruz in on that date because my check engine light, and also my stability traction light, was on. They told me what may be the problem causing the light to come on, was supposed to have fix the issue but that was not the case, my traction light was back on Wednesday evening and check engine light back on 10/13/2017 Thursday evening. I called Parks and was told to bring it by Friday 10/14/2017 took it up there and my service advisor said he would like to keep it over the weekend I said ok that's fine, he said it would be Monday 10/17/2017 maybe Tuesday 10/18/2017. Went up there Tuesday to pick up my car didn't even have my car a good hour and my stability light came on and the check engine light. So I called backed up there and was told to bring it back up there, so I take it back and was told they would have to do another diagnostic, my car had already had at least 2 and that would have been my 3rd they were saying I would have to pay for it plus the repairs, I told them that shouldn't be because my car isn't fixed still having the same issue's when I first took it to them. I had already paid for the diagnostic along with the repairs. Have tried talking to the Service manager, General manager, and even GM, but they did call cause I made a complaint and GM is saying I would have to pay for the diagnostic and then go from there that's not going to happen already paid them more than enough. As of today 10/20/2017 both light's are still on and have not heard anything from Parks, will NEVER, NEVER take my car to them again. And if I could give you Zero Star's I would!!
