I sent an employee in simply to pick up some brochures that I wanted printed, In black and white. Well the manager Anna decided that I wanted them in color. When my employee and insisted to call and double-check with me she insisted that I wanted color and ran my card for $27 / NOT what I wanted to spend. Is it typical procedure for the manager to make executive decisions about the customers print job? Hmm I'll stick with officemax
